Return Policy for Bumper Assemblies

At AutoGenius, we stand by the quality and integrity of our bumper assemblies. Please review our return policy to understand the terms and conditions of returns and exchanges:

1. Eligibility for Return:

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products and must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as changing your mind, incorrect part orders, or late shipments (within reasonable delays).

2. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at AutoGenius with photos of the defective or damaged part and a detailed description of the issue.

3. Shipping and Handling:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item received).

  • For approved returns due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover the return shipping fees.

4. Damage During Shipping:

If your bumper assembly arrives damaged due to shipping, please do the following:

  • Do not install the part.

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item immediately.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to report the damage.

  • Retain all packaging materials and documentation until the issue is resolved, as the shipping carrier may require an inspection.

5. Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue an exchange or store credit based on your preference.

  • Refunds are not provided for any reason, including but not limited to, changes of mind, incorrect part orders, or delays within reasonable shipping timeframes.

6. Inspection Period:

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for us to inspect and process your return once it has been received. We will notify you of the outcome and any further action required.

7. Additional Terms:

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unaltered, and with all original packaging, labels, and accessories intact.

Any items returned in a condition that does not meet our criteria will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.

*If the bumper is incompatible, we will accept return within 30 days of delivery and issue full refund to the customer.
